Our Creative Journey:

Established on August 16, 2017, Elegance Decorative Arts is more than just a business; it’s a passion for transforming living spaces. Our journey began as a Wallpaper Dealer and Installer, initially offering a modest of eight Korean Wallpaper Collections, all without the confines of a physical shop. Our unique business model thrives on the Online To Offline (O2O) approach.

At Elegance Decorative Arts, we believe in personalized service. We offer online consultations and, meet our clients in person during consultation and installation visits. Our dedicated team operates from a cozy home office, serving the local community while seamlessly extending our services to different corners of the country.

For those who wish to purchase our products without installation services, we provide online consultations and efficient direct shipping from our warehouse.

2017 – 2020 (Before MCO):

In the initial years, from 2017 to 2020, we tirelessly pursued a blend of online and offline marketing strategies, resulting in a rapid expansion of our clientele across Johor, Negeri Sembilan, and even Singapore within just four months of our inception.

Our online presence flourished from 2018 to 2020, allowing us to cater to satisfied customers spanning numerous regions, including Gelang Patah, Pengerang, Kota Tinggi, Johor Bahru, Kulai, Kluang, Muar, Segamat, Seremban, Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Muadzam Shah, Mentakab, Pekan, Kuantan, Kemaman, Penang, Tawau, and Kuching.

Throughout our journey, we have cultivated strong partnerships with local professional installers in major cities, expanding our installation service coverage. Additionally, our collaboration with interior designers and contractors has allowed us to fulfill on-site project requirements seamlessly.

In 2019, Elegance Decorative Arts achieved a significant milestone by securing a 3-phase Wallpaper Project from CTRM AERO COMPOSITES SDN BHD, a subsidiary of COMPOSITE TECHNOLOGY RESEARCH MALAYSIA SDN BHD (“CTRM”), a member company of DRB HICOM BERHAD. This project involved removing existing wallpaper and installing new ones for various rooms, enhancing the aesthetics of their facilities.

2020 – 2021 (During MCO & CMCO):

The year 2020 presented significant challenges due to the implementation of the Movement Control Order (MCO). Despite the difficulties, we successfully launched an E-Commerce Wallpaper Web Store, although sales remained challenging during this period.

During the subsequent Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO), we adapted by establishing a physical shop in Segamat, Johor. We diversified our product offerings, introducing a wide range of wallpaper collections, curtains, blinds, flooring, and digital printing products. However, economic conditions and operating costs led us to make the tough decision to close the physical shop.

2022:

In 2022, we undertook a major overhaul of our “elegan.co” website, enhancing user experience and expanding our product range, continuing to serve our customers effectively in the Online To Offline (OTO) mode.

2023:

In 2023, we are committed to elevating our Wall, Window, and Floor Covering Solutions to new heights. Our wallpaper product range now includes Korean, Japanese, European (German, Italian, and Belgian), and Commercial-Grade Fabric Wallpapers.

To address common issues Wallpaper enthusiasts face, we’ve introduced essential services like Wall Moisture Testing, Solvent-Based Wall Sealing, Professional Wallpaper Priming, and Extra-Strong Adhesive for Seamless Wallpaper Installation.

Our Window Covering Solutions have also significantly upgraded, with an expanded range of Curtains, Blinds, and Advanced Accessories.

In the realm of Floor Coverings, our offerings now encompass Hardwood Floors, PERGO Laminate Floors, CWC and Hybrid Laminate Floors, SPC Floors, SPC Herringbone Floors, Vinyl, Carpet and Artificial Grass.

We’ve also broadened our Digital Printing product range, offering 3D Art Embellished Fabric Wall Murals, Jointless Fabric Wall Murals, Paper-Backed Wall Murals, Hand-stretched Gallery-wrapped Canvas Frames, and Roller Blinds.

Our commitment extends to enhancing our Installation Tools and expanding our Installation Service Coverage to Johor, Pahang, Negeri Sembilan, Malacca, Selangor, and Kuala Lumpur. We take pride in serving both Local and Cross-State customers, continually evolving to meet their ever-changing needs.

2024:

In the dynamic landscape of 2024, our commitment to innovation and excellence shines through. Throughout the fourth quarter of 2023 and the first quarter of 2024, we have expanded our wall-covering product range to include CCP, WPC Wall Panel, and Wainscoting.

In addition, we are thrilled to announce the inclusion of new floor-covering products renowned for their exceptional Dimensional Stability, Water Resistance, and Abrasion Resistance. These products include:

1. A 100% Waterproof 8MM UMFB Floor designed for versatility, suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations. This flooring marvel features an E.I.R (Embossed in Register) Texture and AC4 Wear Layer, ensuring not only durability but also an aesthetically pleasing appearance.

2. The 8MM CDF Laminate Floor, a preferred choice for indoor spaces, showcasing an E.I.R (Embossed in Register) Texture and AC3 Wear Layer. This selection promises a combination of style and resilience, meeting the high standards of modern flooring solutions.

3. Our 7.5MM (6MM SPC + 1.5MM IXPE Pad) Floor, presenting 9″ X 60″ Wide Long Planks that add a touch of grandeur to large spaces. This floor is equipped with a Multi-layered Quartz Enhanced Urethane Coating, this floor promises heightened durability and a sophisticated finish.

Moreover, to address diverse market needs and emphasize cost efficiency, we have introduced a 3mm Vinyl Floor with a 0.3MM Wear Layer and a 2MM Vinyl Floor with a 0.1MM Wear Layer. These additions further showcase our commitment to providing comprehensive solutions tailored to varying customer requirements.
